we appreciated this place, it has lovely views and breakfast. it was a short walk from the beach and away from hustle and bustle. for shots visit the fort inn, nestled within 20 minutes' walk of the hotel. close location to newquay golf club.

Fantastic stay with friendly faces!
Really loved my time here! The room was super clean and comfy, and the shared baths were always available. Matt and Sarah were the best hosts. Matt's place has a chill bar area and patio to hang out too. Just a bummer there's no free parking, but there's a paid lot right across the street.

We loved the breaker's vibe. Fred the dog was a sweet welcome! The downstairs bar was a fun surprise. Matt and sarah were relaxed hosts who enjoyed chatting with us. The sunsets from the patio were amazing. The short walk to red lion pub made dining easy.

We played billiards and hit the beach, soaking in the sun. The owners are super friendly and know the area well. The place is clean and cozy. Don't forget to check out the view from the room-it was fine!
Only issue we had was the shower pressure, which wasn't great, but it didn't ruin our stay.

The Double Room with Private Bathroom was super comfy and really clean. The bed was cozy, easy to relax after a day out. Plus, the sea view was a nice touch! The shower pressure was decent but could've been better. Definitely loved the vibe of the room overall.

The adorable dog, greeted us, we knew we were in for a treat! I loved sipping drinks at the cozy downstairs bar while striking up conversations with our hosts, Matt and Sarah. The sunsets from the sun terrace were magical.
